A leading global provider in chatbot software, Olark aims to take the complexity and confusion out of live chat, providing users with real human interaction at a reasonable price point. They needed a partner to help them quickly and cohesively develop an evolving global brand and customer experience. Their product was rapidly expanding, their offerings were maturing and their marketing needs were growing. They needed a nimble strategist and designer that could manage and innovate across a complex digital marketing journey.
To elevate the digital experience, we devised a strategy to introduce a friendly and approachable aesthetic and carry it across all of their visual touch points. We quickly built a proof of concept centered around conversation and interaction, conducted user testing with real customers and staff and developed an end product that sets Olark apart in the space.
The welcoming interface now provides users with a conversational experience that ties personalization into the membership experience.
