Navy Mutual
Navy Mutual was founded in 1879 to aid families of fallen servicemembers. In honor of their 140th anniversary, they wanted a new website and marketing materials to better serve their Members. We wanted to create a visual experience as flexible as the ever-changing insurance industry and the military families who depend on it.
When we first partnered with Navy Mutual, they were a mature and seasoned organization poised to serve US servicemembers. We worked with them to define their strategy, find their voice, hone their message and bring their brand into relevancy.
We created a revitalized digital experience—from concepting to copywriting to development—and crafted content that feels fresh, honest, and informative. We designed versatile templates, improved UI/UX and developed unique interactive pages to draw users in.
The resulting website achieves our shared goal: operate with integrity, provide value and establish trust.

With the transition to a “mobile first” approach in recent years, one of the biggest pain points was Navy Mutuals lack of an efficient mobile friendly site. Streamlining the UX/UI and giving users a clear path through their journey was top of mind. Now, no matter the device, the experience is seamless.
